<p align="justify">PBandung is one of a city of Indonesia which is regarded as having high land subsidence rate, especially in Bandung basin. Surface subsidence is occured may cause several construction damages such as cracked wall, tilted building structure, and a severe flood in a vicinity of Bandung basin. Those will absolutely generate economically loss which is due to an increase of maintenance expense on damaged building. This research aims to conduct an estimation of economic loss of buildings due to land subsidence in Bandung using Rapid Analysis and Spatialisation of Risk (RASOR) platform. It is selected due to its ability to calculate economic loss from speedy land subsidence phenomenon on building structure. It also may enable a utilization of HAZUS that is useful as a tool to calculate its economic loss. Eventually, the result shows estimated values of economic loss or maintenance expense on damaged buildings and also it displays a map of those building damages impact. The economic losses due to the impact of the land subsidence from RASOR calculation reached 452 billion rupiah for building structure and 633 billion rupiah for building content.<p align="justify">
