Summary:<p align="justify"> Indonesia is a rich country especially in the natural resources, both of renewable and unrenewable natural resources. Iron sand is one of the natural resource which is not utilized well yet. Nowadays, iron sand widely used as building material, whereas the iron sand contain lots of magnetite (Fe3O4). If we could make magnetite (Fe3O4) in nanoscale, then we can make an advance medical tools like drug delivery system and biosensor. To make a biosensor for early detection of cancer diseases, then magnetite (Fe3O4) material nanoparticle uniform which has size between 1 – 10 nm that has superparamagnetic characteristic is needed. This study discusses how to make that material using sonochemical method with varying temperature (53oC – 93oC) and pH (9 – 13) to obtain the optimum result. Temperature and pH variation were done at the deposition FeCl2 and FeCl3 solution by adding NaOH solution while exposed to 200 kHz ultrasonic waves to shatter the agglomeration, to obtain the sediment magnetite (Fe3O4) nanoparticle uniform. Further, there will be a characterization test such as X-Ray Diffractometer (XRD), Transmission Electron Microscope (TEM), and Vibrating Sample Magnetometer (VSM) to make sure if the sample obtained has a complete <br /> <br /> specification as a raw material of biosensor. <p align="justify">
