<p align="justify"> The development of construction services is now experiencing a better development, as seen in the large number of infrastructure projects under construction and completion. However, the construction industry itself does not only talk about the implementation of construction alone. The principle of construction services that underlie these activities needs to be reviewed. So that a new construction services law was issued which is expected to guarantee better construction in the future. Behind the success of the construction increasing can not be separated from the role of human resources. We need to develop and supervise the large number of human resources both skilled and skilled in order to create a good competent and good quality to human resources in order creating a construction product that is high-value and value-added. One of the task is coaching that involves the participation of many parties. All forms of Construction Services development are aimed at developing the performance of each element and process of implementation in the national Construction Services system that can improve the welfare of the general public and protect the general public. In order to face this, it will be faced with various problems that require structuring and re-strengthening of institutional arrangements and management of the construction service sector. <br /> <br /> With this new system, it is necessary to see how the principle and substance of the development and supervision of construction services as the policy direction of Act 2,2017. The review of this new system should also refer to the best practice. So in the end, the researcher can provide recommendations for the construction and supervision of construction services based on Act 2,2017 for government regulations. <p align="justify">
