So far, the water source used in the Salman Mosque area of ITB mostly comes from ground water pumped around the Salman mosque and donations from ITB that come from springs. This will cause the impact of a lower ground water level. Based on data from the ITB Meteorological Analysis Laboratory and data from the Bandung Water Resources Research and Development Center, from 2007-2016 the average rainfall in the dago and around ITB areas averaged 6.65 mm / hour, rainwater that can be utilized as much as 6.32 m3 /day. Based on the survey results, the average daily prayer congregation at Salman Mosque reached 3,709 people with an average usage of 1.5 liters / person and a maximum daily debit of 6.1 m3 / day. There are 4 roof areas of the building as an area of rain water supply, namely the south wing building, multi-purpose building, wooden building and mosque area according to the catchment area. Allotment of the amount of water is divided into 2 treatments, namely for drinking water and clean water. Based on the results of rainwater testing on each roof and recycling of ablution wastewater there are several parameters that do not meet the quality standards used in accordance with the parameters of rainwater designation and ablution wastewater. For the parameters of rainwater coming from the roof of the building that is used for clean water, especially irrigating plants there are 2 parameters that exceed the quality standards, namely Coliform pH and fecal with reference to quality standards of the Republic of Indonesia Government Regulation Number 82 of 2001 concerning Water Management and Water Quality Control class II. For clean water sourced from rainwater roofs of mosques, roofs of ablutions and ablution wastewater are planned to treat rainwater combined with ablution wastewater because the characteristics of waste quality are not much different, and the location where the water effluent ablution is delivered to the roof of the mosque and the roof of ablution. Parameters that exceed quality standards are pH, total Coliform, fecal colifom, organic matter, iron, odor, for drinking water sourced from rain water with roof capture areas GSS and GSG parameters that exceed the quality standards, namely total Coliform, fecal colifom, organic substances, color, TDS, odor, and turbidity by referring to the standard quality standard of Permenkes No.492 of 2010 concerning Requirements for Drinking Water. Source for drinking water comes from rainwater with a roof capture area of GSS and GSG which uses first flush diverter processing unit, sand filter fast, cartridge filtration, for disinfection. Whereas for clean water comes from rainwater from the roof of the mosque, the roof of the ablution place and recycle ablution using unit processing, quick sand filter filtration, and disinfection while the source for clean water sourced from rain through the wooden building roof using the first flush unit diverter. The initial investment for planning rainwater harvesting systems and ablution waste treatment is Rp. 150,692,838.87 costs for maintenance and maintenance of Rp. 2,691,480.00. Net Present Value results more than 0, the project is feasible to be built and the time to pay back from investment and maintenance only takes 2 years.

text |
