<p align="justify">Mopah International Airport is one of the facilities or transportation infrastructure, where the aircraft can take off and landed in the area of Merauke, Papua. Mopah International Airport is planned to be reconstructed in order to meet the increasing needs of passengers. In the construction planning methods, the work under consideration is preparatory work, earthwork, passenger terminal work (lower and upper structure work), air pavement works (runway, taxiway and apron pavement), and drainage works. In implementation stage of a construction work, there are constraints to consider, such as fieldwork, time, resources and costs. Therefore, construction management is required covering construction implementation method, scheduling, and cost estimation. The conctruction planning method begins with determining the work breakdown structure, followed by calculating the volume of work based on the drawings and specifications, also calculating the productivity and duration of work, and finally estimate the cost of contruction and make S curve. The construction of Passanger Terminal And Airside Infrastructure Of Mopah Internasional Airport is estimated to take 630 days at total cost of Rp668.019.051.900,00. <p align="justify">
