The futsal

match activity profiles combined with physiological demands and match statistical

analysis data are not in the literature. The purpose of this research is to analyze

physiology characteristic that is intensity, energy expenditure and lactic acid level,

analyze activity profile that is distance and speed, and analyze match statistic that

counting passing and shooting technique. Methods: Subjects in this study were

women's futsal players and 13 men respectively were observed for two games.

Analysis of physiological characteristics and activity profile was performed using

Polar RC3 GPS and Accutrend Lactate Portable, while statistical matches using

GoPro Hero3 + and Panasonic 4K Handycam. Result: Women futsal match resulted

in energy expenditure of 504.62 kcal, mean heart rate during the game was 89%

HRmax or high intensity, and lactic acid level 5.74 mmol / L. The women's activity

profile consists of medium-speed running (36.36%), high-speed running (27.62%),

jogging (4.77%), walking (0.50%) dan standing (0.07%). Percentage of successful

and failed passes of 80% & 20% and shoot on and off targets of 60% & 40%.

Meanwhile, futsal matches on men players result in 557 kcal energy expenditure,

moderate match intensity (77% HRmax), and lactic acid level 5.79 mmol/L. The

activity profile consists of maximal-speed running (40.73%), high-speed running

(28.10%), medium-speed running (27.52%), jogging (3.54%), walking(0.07%) dan

standing (0.08%). From the statistical results of the match obtained percentage of

successful and failed passes of 86%: 14% and shoot on and off the target of 56%:

44%. Conclusion: Female futsal players have increased in each round on

physiological characteristics (intensity, lactic acid levels, and energy expenditure) and

activity profile. While the son on the characteristics of physiology decreased in the

second half, while the profile activity increased. The percentage of match statistics of

men and women is greater than other studies.
text |
