Summary:<p align="justify">Manokwari is located in a very strategic location to improve Indonesia's economy. One of the parameters of a country’s economic success is a well distributed goods. Airport is one of the entrances of those goods. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a cargo terminal of Rendani Manokwari Airport in accordance with the increase of loading and unloading of goods for the age of Airport Plan which is 20 years. <br /> <br /> The purpose of this final project is to modeling, checking the function of the structure, detailing the cross section, joints and planning of Rendani Manokwari Airport. The Rendani Airport Cargo Terminal Building is modeled as a 1-story building. In the design and modeling stages, SNI 1727: 2013 is used for loading, SNI 1726: 2012 for reference design of earthquake resistant buildings, and SNI 1729: 2015 for steel structures modelling. <br /> <br /> Modeling is done with SAP 2000 v20 software and then we check the behavior of the structure. Checking the behavior of the structures include checking capital participation mass, deviation, torque irregularity, the redundancy factor and the weight of the effective structure. <br /> <br /> The next thing to do after checking the structure is to do the design and detailing of the structural elements of the Rendani Manokwari Airport’s Cargo Terminal. After we done the detailing of the structure, we design the joint between the components and the Baseplate. This steel structure design is based on SNI 1729: 2015. Detailed drawings are the result of these design and detailing process. <br /> <br /> The next task is designing the bottom structure of the Rendani Manokwari Airport. Before doing so, it is necessary to make soil improvements. Soil improvement is done by heaping and preloading the estimated load. To speed up the consolidation process, we do it with Prefabricated Vertical Drain (PVD). After that, we design the foundation. The foundation used in the Airport’s Cargo Terminal structure is the Raft foundation. The result of this design process is the thickness and reinforcement design of the Raft foundation.<p align="justify">
