Floods are the inundation and drowning of the land, as the volume of water increases. Flooding can occur due to excessive water evaporation in a place due to heavy rain, river water flows, or the breakage of river dams, besides flooding is a relatively high flow and not accommodated by river or channel flow. One of the flooding incidents that caused losses was the floods in KM 130 Tol Padaleunyi with a source of water from the Cimancong River. This flood event inundated the toll road section considering the elevation of the toll road at KM 130 + 500 lower than the flood water level. <br /> <br /> The paper on this final report aims to plan the most effective flood control alternative for Cimancong River that is by the construction of embankment of reinforced concrete structure. This alternative design planning is based on geological data, rainfall data, and Cimancong River cross-section data. Design of embankment using flood discharge during te 25th periode of 24.25 m3 / sec with a 0.6 meter as a height guard and safe plan dimension against hazards of shear, rolling and soil bearing capacity stability. <p align="justify"> <br /> text
