Summary: | PT X is a state-owned enterprise in the field of air transportation, specifically in the aersopace industry. Today, PT X has successfully become the largest aerospace industry in South East Asia and is now preparing itself to widen its target market including to Africa. In the long term, PT Xaims to possess and develop aerospace technology alongside with cost competitiveness in competing in the international market so that it will be profitable and will be able to increase its shareholder value, as to lessen its dependency to other countries by becoming an independent company. Nowadays, PT X is working hard to improve its corporate performance in order to achieve their goal. Therefore, this study is aimed to evaluate PT X’s performance management system and will be continued with designing corporate horizontal performance measure cascading mechanism using Service Level Agreement (SLA) management approach. On the other hand, there is two additional instruments that will be used in this study. One is cross functional flowchart which is used to map business process within the company and another is Traffic Light System (TLS) which is used to measure performance in SLA. The result of this study is the corporate’s horizontal performance measure cascading mechanism design using SLA management approach, corporate’s horizontal performance measure cascading mechanism using SLA form equipped with TLS, and horizontal performance measure cascading monitoring system. |
