Determining suitability to location for development of student hostel at new area expand is an effort realzing a good place of student The suitable areas for student hostel is determined by Geografi Information System (GIS) technology , cause GIS provide capabilities of data acquisition, storage, retrieval, manipulation and analysis of the data to obtain information for decision making . Selection and analysis of location is done by two parameters, the first is time distance to the university and the second is value of land. The GIS model is expected to give new information upon which consideration in appropriate land student hostel is made |
