| Summary: | Eldery is the last chapter of development in the flow human’s life marked by various kinds of physical changed and psychological. The various kinds of physical are the appearance wrinkles on the face, gray hair or fall out, eyesight is not too focused that needs eyeglasses,etc. Meanwhile, for psychological changes are sensitive feels for around environments, a little bit acting like a childs, start to get closer to God, etc. Old ages is also called as Gold’s ages because not everyone goes beyond that. Many young peoples dies in young ages is an examples that not everyone goes beyond that. Therefore, if someone already on their way old so they needs a promotive or preventive cares, in order they can enjoy their gold times and being eldery who always happy and productive as well. As you already get older then peoples will experience disorders related mind, visual and interaction easily. One of common diseases that are commonly experienced by eldery is Dementia. The reasons for planning this therapy centre are to reduce the levels of inequality between eldery and productive society. This therapy centre is planning will be located in Jendral Ahmad Yani in Bandung city using Healing Environment as main themes and Therapeutic Tropical Design as a concept. |
