Boundary position of forest area and certain area that are designated as forest area can be determined by using RTK GPS,GLONASS and BeiDou Technology. RTK is a differential determination using phase observation data, the RTK GPS, GLONASS and BeiDou have potential for good positioning results in canopy cover (Satellite Obstruction). The purpose of this Final Project is to identify the performance of the RTK, GPS, GLONASS and Beidou system on the quality of GNSS measurement data; the GNSS measurement is performed on the canopy cover based on the result of data processing that is applicated to determine boundaries of forest areas. <br /> <br /> Through this final project, it will be found the accuracy and the precision based on the measurement of the canopy cover which is divided into 5 classes. The measurement results show that in the forest area measurement based on the canopy cover, the horizontal average accuracy at open until dense canopy conditions ranging between 0,026 m and 0,037 m, meanwhile the horizontal average accuracy at closed until densely closed ranging between 0,221 m and 0,835 m. The standard deviation average accuracy at open until dense canopy conditions ranging between 0,008 m and 0,012 m, meanwhile the standard deviation average accuracy at closed until densely closed ranging between 0,114 m and 0,405 m. <p align="justify"> text
