Overall refers to improving the efficiency and quality of public services supported by professional abilities in various interactions. The declining quality of public services is one of the reasons for the problem of interoperability between service sectors that are not synergistic. This is due to the increasing need for multisectoral data in the framework of policy making to address problems involving data from across service sectors. While the condition of service systems that support services in the current government environment, generally still sectoral, can not communicate with each other, and heterogeneous. The concept of smart city today has become the smart solution choice in interoperability issues. Interoperability across services is critical that enables high accessibility and scalability to change government processes, internally across agencies, and externally to citizens and businesses. <br /> <br /> <br /> The purpose of this research is to produce an integrated smart city service system engineering that integrates all existing services for each process in the life cycle of Information and Communication Technology services within the Tangerang City Government. This research uses service system engineering methodology which proposes the design of smart city system in top-down and holistic system.
