The Indonesian government's economic growth report is great, they achieve top three success rate in the world, but compared with the National Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMN), that number does not mean anything. State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN), Private Companies, and Cooperatives, are the three pillars of the economy embraced by Indonesia. Based on UUD 1945 article 33 and UU 25 year 1995, cooperative as a great economic pillar because, cooperative educate self-supporting attitude, cooperative excavated and developed according to indigenous culture based on mutual cooperation, and cooperative against all aspiration of individualism and capitalism. This condition desperately needs attention, where based on existing data, about 29.18% of the number of cooperatives in Indonesia are in a state of inactivity. <br /> <br /> Ecobiz.sbm.ac.id is a digital platform of cooperation between SBM ITB and West Java Regional Cooperative Council. Ecobiz was launched in November 2016 with noble intentions as a forum to help cooperatives and micro small medium businesses. But on the way Ecobiz does not always run smoothly, by May 2017 the number of registered users on Ecobiz had reached 789 people and not increased significantly because until July 2017 Ecobiz just achieve 826 users. <br /> <br /> With this research, Ecobiz is expected to increase the number of users to continue to grow in according with targets and expectations. In this research PESTEL analysis is used as an external analysis, platform analysis and needs analysis, as internal analysis and end with SWOT analysis used as guidance in the next development. <br /> <br /> The strategy generated from this research is by improving the Ecobiz digital system to increase the convenience of users who have joined and bound new users who will join. Improvements are focused on technological improvements, as there are many disadvantages that are felt during their journey after launch. While improvements other than technology are the continuation of training to cooperatives or business units, socializing to other business stakeholders outside the cooperative, building interesting business content to read in the platform, marketing process, and continue to provide assistance to registered users.<p align="justify"> <br /> <br /> text |
