As the other kind of residential building, apartment unit also become the object of the land and building tax or usually called PBB. The well management of apartment unit tax can be one of the big source of local revenue. Therefore, it is necessary to have a management system that can support the goal. <br /> <br /> <br /> Currently, the management of apartment unit tax in Bandung has done in the form of database that can be accessed by subject of tax through Web GIS. However, in an existing database, the management of attribute data and spatial data is still not fully integrated. In addition, the existing Web GIS can only display attribute data of the apartment. While the spatial data can only be accessed by the tax officer. This has led to the management of apartment unit tax being less practical and allowing less position information due to using attribute data only. <br /> <br /> <br /> The problems above can be solved by developing a spatial database integrated with Web GIS. It is because spatial database can manage attribute data and spatial data simultaneously, so it is expected that apartment unit tax management can be more practical. Meanwhile, by integrating spatial database with Web GIS, tax management that includes the data adding, data updating, data searching, and spatial data visualization can also be done by the subject of tax. So that, it can realize the active role of the tax subject in managing the apartment unit tax and allowing to always be produced the up-to-date data of apartment unit tax.<p align="justify"> <br /> text
