Based on Nasional Port’s Master Plan of Indonesia (Keputusan Menteri 414, 2013), from 2011 to 2020 will become larger port that need deeper depth that is -7 m LAT. The original depth of the port is -3 m LAT so it need to be dredge to comply the vessels that berth at that port. The sedimentation predicted comes from the lakes around the shipping channel. Before doing the dredging works, study about sediment transports and dumping area location are needed so the dredging works will be effective and efficient. The study starts with previous literature study that related with this case, also collect the secondary data. Thereafter doing the modelling that start with making model configuration, calibration and validation and running several scenarios, analyse the model result and make conclusion of this case. In 1 year simulation the result of the dredging depth sensitivity shows that the bed level change after dredge decreased from 1.5 cm to 0.2 cm. The variety of dredging depth doesn’t generate different significant result that is 0.2 cm. With that result, the required time to do the maintenance dredging are 500 year (until 1 m height sedimentation). So that the conclusion are the seabed will be stable after being dredge and dosn’t need maintenance dreging. And from dumping area analysis, 1st dumping area give the best result that has highest productivity, efficient and the sediment transport from that dumping area not going to disturb the shipping channel again. Moreover, that dumping area didn’t disturb the water quality and comply with the ministry of sea transportation regulation. <p align="justify"> text
