Nowadays, the word where we live in is full of challenges, complexities, and competitiveness which improvements, developments or creating never existing products. The creation requires something called creativity. Creativity is human ability to find, invent, generate or create something new and beneficial. In this thesis will be researched process of creativity to find problem solving of design, manufacturing, and evaluation to reach excellent product. The thesis background is requirement of simple equipment which able to process agricultural produce for livestock woof There are three objects that succeed developed : <br />
1. Machine to process ramie tow. <br />
2. King grass cutting machine for dairy cattle. <br />
3. Machine to process stem of corn for livestock. <br />
These methods are; gathering data and information, design and manufacturing prototype, field test, evaluation and improvement, design revision, operation procedure maintenance recommendation for user. The conclusion is that creativity can be developed to produce excellent product. During process of design and manufacturing, suggested to avoid factor that can block creativity such as emotional block, there is afraid to go wrong. |
