JKHN as the horizontal reference frame and CORS as a supporting element control point that considers in the changing of temporal positions, are identified has not been established and useful optimally. Unresolved revitalization of JKHN in all orders and discourse of increasing the number of CORS station will also hamper the surveying and mapping so that the possible existence of alternative horizontal reference frame network (JKHN-A) is more optimal. <br /> <br /> Using daily observation data of GPS satellites, JKHN-A formed as a single reference frame with two models: a single reference point and reference cluster of islands, which uses the ITRS reference system with WGS84 datum, as put forth in SRGI2013. The outcomes of the simulation data are processed using software Bernese 5.2 and is capable of producing the precise repeatability coordinate values. In 95% confidence level, determined great precision of the binding between the observation points with a control point of JKHN-A. The binding at the baseline length of up to 3,163 km in 24 hours, 12 hours, and 6 hours with radial mode and double-difference, proved capable of providing precision (13 cm - 4 mm) and accuracy in cm-mm order (equal with 00 and 0 JKHN order). That results did not elude the effects of ionospheric refraction, phase ambiguity, satellite constellation, and multipath effect. The number of control points slightly and evenly in very good precision confirms that JKHN-A more optimal and efficient, making it possible to support for the surveying and mapping to produce integrated maps nationally, including map in large scale.<p align="justify"> text |
