Besides that, water containing coli bacteria reaches 1100 coliform bacteria per 100 milliliters and organic substances that exceed quality standards are not suitable to be used as drinking water. The village of Ujungalang, Kampung Laut in 2015 is planned to be a modeling of coastal villages in Cilacap Regency. Kampung Laut is surrounded by Segara Anakan River which is drained by three river estuaries namely the Citanduy River, Cimeneng River, Cikonde, and several other small rivers. The purpose of this plan is evaluate and plan the technical development of SPAM to the distribution system to improve drinking water access in Ujungalang Village. The system built is planned to serve 12 RWs over the next 10 years. The planned water treatment plant capacity reaches 8.45 liters / second. The topography of Ujungalang Village is relatively flat, especially the distribution service area, with its surface elevation ranging from +2 masl to +4 masl. Planning the drinking water supply system that is most likely for the village is based on the application of the principles of appropriate technology, which is in accordance with the needs of the community, easy in terms of construction, aspects of operation, easy maintenance, and most importantly economic. The Ujungalang Drinking Water Supply System consists of the intake and the reservoir and then flows to the main unit of the slow sand filter and tertiary processing, namely disinfection using calcium hypochlorite. The distribution system in Ujungalang Village utilizes an elevated reservoir to save electricity costs. The overall budget plan for Ujungalang village is around Rp. 1,082,350,000.- text
