Society or people as the part of a country must participate in overseeing the election process. By utilizing the development of digital media technology, an application called Go-Vote was formed. Data of Go-Vote application relies on the crowd, or in this case, the user. <br /> <br /> Problem that arises is the amount of user participating in the system. The more users participate, the more accurate the information in the application. A thorough analysis and application design needed to improve user satisfaction. <br /> <br /> The design is done following User Centered Design (UCD) method. This method chosen because the flow of the method relies on users, which users are the source of information of Go-Vote application obtained from. To test whether users are satisfied using the application or not, usability and questionnaire testing was done. The usability test was tested using black box method and questionnaire testing was tested by applying User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) method. <br /> <br /> Black box test results indicate the function on the system meets the needs according to analysis and design. While based on the results of testing the questionnaire, from the scale of -3 to +3, the application got above average value. Details of the obtained values are the attractiveness value of 1,375, the clarity value of 1,393, the efficiency value of 1,615, the accuracy of 1,015, the stimulation value of 1,095, and the value of the originality of 1,250.<p align="justify"> <br /> text
