| Summary: | West of Java is one province that very strategic location, it relation among others province at Java Island, with capital city of Indonesia, exept Banten. As the rule West of Java Province or renstra number one ,2001, we find disparity between north, middle area, West of Java with south area west of Java, focus of disparity is development road and build. Since desentralitation begin, authority of development area like build, road and infrastructure to be responsibility of regent, municipal, or province governement. Sum of road which need for maintenance more than available of road fund , as we know from International raugness index , so we need analytic of priority maintenence and overlay the road. The methode multy criteria analytic we must put some of criteria which have relation with West of Java, and give questioner to some people like government tobe decision maker, binamarga and bappeda , and expert group which represent West of Java People. After find the criteria, we can predict and calculation weighting the criteria and find score criteria. After find score of criteria we can find priority the each segment of the road, which road need fist or last priority. The criteria like flow function, environment function, development of area, and minimum of disparity. As functional survai, we can find RI and conditional the road province West of Java Province, like good, enough, bad etc, as IRMS methode we can predict necessary of road fund for future, the JRMS use two methode asphalt concrete, and penmac . If not available enough money to road maintenance and reconstruction, we can use some alternative etc : minimum of scenario, maximum of scenario, and scenario between minimum and maximum. Hope forever the road West of Java could be serve the car like truck and the others vehicle with as capacity the road. |
