The increase in settlements was supported by a rise in populaton growth. Green Mountain is one cluster which is built in Sentul City area, with an area of 4,2 Hectares have a concept of comfortable dwelling and free from flooding. With this concept, needed a supportive drainage system so that runoff rainfall not happened local flooding or overflow from the channels drainage capacity. The location of Green Mountain which is in the hills and shallow ground water, also require a subsurface drainage system in teh form of underground pipelines. The rainfall are use from 2007 to 2016 using the frequency method is Log Person III with two years period is obtain rainfall plan is 109,58 mm/hours. From the rainfall, the rainfall intensity and time concentration are calculated resulting in a planned discharge for the required channek capacity. Whereas from the groundwater data it produces the capacity of underground pipelines needed. The result is obtained a square surface channel with the largest size of width 1,2 m and depth is 0,6 m. For closed channel found that circular culverts with the largest size is 1,1 m in diameter. While for the subsurface pipe is 0,27 m in diameter.<p align="justify"> text
