<p align="justify">The planning of Apartment construction cannot be separated from the planning of Water Resources, which is the management of rain water and water supply for residents of the apartment. The planned rainwater management should be able to drain the water since the rain fell on the roof of the Jeidenar Tower Apartments to the river. The rainwater management system in the form of drainage that must be able to accommodate the extreme flood discharge at the time, so the water does not overflow and caused the flood occurs. Allotment of Apartments is one factor of how much clean water are needed for the inhabitants of the apartment. Since the clean water should always be available, a clean water supply system from both the PDAM and rain harvesting that can support the clean water needs of the apartment is needed. <br /> <br /> In planning of an apartment also needs to consider the environmental aspects before construction as well as during and after construction. Before the construction of the problem that happened is the presence of Ground Water during the excavation so that it can hinder the construction process, while the other problem is due to the location of the project located on the Siak river bend, causing frequent eroded of the river cliffs that require to handling so it is not disrupt the function of the apartment. Decreased groundwater level or so-called dewatering is done by using ground water pumps around the apartment building during the construction period. Meanwhile, to prevent eroded of the river cliffs due to water flow, it can be used by rip-rap rock placed along the bend.<p align="justify"> <br />
