financial literacy will automatically increase the use, utilization or inclusion of financial <br />
<br />
products and services themselves. President Jokowi targets financial inclusion to increase to <br />
<br />
75% at the end of 2019. Research conducted in one of construction company in South Sumatera <br />
<br />
aims to find the correlation between financial attitudes and behavior towards financial literacy <br />
<br />
index of employees and see how they take advantage of loans from the company related to <br />
<br />
their financial attitudes and behavior. <br />
<br />
Results: Both questionnaires are distributed to 100 employees of PT. Gajah Mada Sarana then <br />
<br />
processed and analyzed using multiple linear regression. financial attitude and behavior <br />
<br />
simultaneously have strong relationship with financial literacy index, partially, there is <br />
<br />
significant impact between saving activity, media payment, counting ability, and financial <br />
<br />
resilience period to financial literacy index of employee. <br />
<br />
Conclusions: PT. Gajah Mada Sarana employee’s financial literacy index is amounted of <br />
<br />
29,75% less literate. Seeing the respondent’s answers about loan reflected in the financial <br />
<br />
literacy index, employees of PT. Gajah Mada Sarana is not included in the well-literate group <br />
<br />
because they cannot manage the finances they have so far maximally so that make loans from <br />
<br />
the company and at the same time they have difficulty in it return. |
