Summary:PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk, Panjang, Lampung is one of the cement factory which is a branch factory of PT. Semen Baturaja, Palembang which distributes products to the entire island of Sumatra. Currently, PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk, Panjang, Lampung uses baghouse filter (BHF) with mechanical shaker for cleaning method at cement mill area as a particulate air pollution control device. However, it was found that collection efficiency of equipment is 92% while based international standard shows that the range of collection efficiency with mechanical cleaning type is 95-99.9%. In addition, it is often found a clogging in the bag filter because of raw materials containing pozzolan that has high air content. At PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk, Panjang, Lampung has not installed Continuous Emission Monitoring System (CEMS) but only perform routine measurements for 6 months. With the provisions found, it is advisable to install the air pollution control with jetpulse baghouse filter. This tool will manage the discharge of 29.88 m3/sec with 34.68 g/m3 dust loading concentration. In addition, for supporting system of equipment will be installed duct, fans, and compressor. The cost required to build the system amounted to Rp2.174.053.228 with NPV Rp129.830.159.290.
