Summary: | Fishery sector is a vital sector for human life in Indonesia especially in a beach or fish farmer. One of obstacle in development of fishery sector is despite of concentration oxygen in fool or dam. To solve this problem, we need an aerator system that can supply oxygen, so concentration oxygen in the water can complete fish necessary which life in his habitat. One of aerator system that efficient and economic enough to handle this problem is venturi aerator system. In this research we use configuration system as vertical, length of convergent is 0.127 m and the angle is 20°, length of divergent 0,38 m with angle 5°, diameter of pipe convergent and divergent is 0.0254 m. Throat section has a variation length among 0.001 m , 0.002 m and 0.005 m, diameter of throat 0.0086 m. The parameters that will attend are concentration oxygen after and before enter the venturi aerator. Liquid that use in this research is water. The variable is attended in this research velocity of liquid, length of throat, diameter of inlet oxygen and site of inlet oxygen. From the data, we can know about optimum condition that supplies oxygen as maximum. The data show that flux oxygen optimum is seized at Renold number 25638,47and flux 19.2 mg/L. Smaller diameter inlet oxygen makes flux oxygen reach maximal, site inlet oxygen nearly divergent area (3/4 length of throat) and small throat will give high flux oxygen. <br />
