Summary:PT SyarQ Solusi Indonesia is a financial technology startup company which is legally known as SyarQ. The startup provides sharia financial solution for people in need by offering installment service that is easy to use, concise, and economical. Moreover, it also issuing its share to investors as part of the business process. It has a main purpose to distribute wealth from the rich to the poor. Only one-year established, SyarQ showed an increasing number of disbursement to consumers as buyers. However, despite the enormous demands in ecommerce industry and the Muslim population as the target of SyarQ, the startup company still faced many business problems; such as operational issue, agents’ problem, stagnant buyers, and bad credit. Therefore, solutions on those issues are needed to make the startup could grow bigger and sustainable. One of the business solutions that could be applied is developing performance management system in SyarQ. Integrated Performance Management System (IPMS) is proposed as a simple yet fit performance management system method to SyarQ as it is not only considering financial aspect but also non-financial part. IPMS provides organizational output, internal process, and resource capability which are linked each other. The tool is suitable for the growing startup and it is beneficially to decision making from analyzing the company’s performance. The study analysis is using qualitative method which referring to primary and secondary data. Primary data is the result from in-depth interview with boards while secondary data is taken from SyarQ’s internal report, website, and social media related. Designing integrated performance management system in SyarQ is expected to align with its strategy in discovering its core competency to win the financial technology industry. <br />
