In order to evaluate the structural condition, needs historical data of pavement structure, which is it’s provide by Public Works Ministrial but in limitted <br /> access, this research trying to evaluate the Pantura Road structural pavement comprehensively by modelling its pavement into 2-layered system using FWD deflection <br /> data. FWD deflection survey on each road lane along this road corridor was conducted in 2011. <br /> <br /> This research is intended to populate the database temporarily with two-layered pavement structure models resulting from backcalculation of the FWD deflection data. Finally, pavement structural integrity along this road corridor, in terms of effective Structural Number (SN) and its remaining life, is evaluated using the backcalculated pavement moduli. <br /> <br /> Mapping the road network of Pantura road was the first step in this research, using the spatial data where this road was, from Merak in Banten Province to Banyuwangi in East Java Province. since the GeneticBCalc is lane-based programme, it’s need to define the lane of each road along the Pantura Road, then the FWD data could be easily entered in to each lane of the road. Structural pavement thickness was assumed to 600mm, based on previous research, then the estimate-thickness, pavement moduli and effective Structural Number (SN) calculated by AASHTO equation and trought itteration process. <br /> <br /> The results show that the variation of pavement moduli and subgrade moduli also, which is it caused by the variation of deflection, if the deflection getting bigger, then the lower moduli occure and also the effective Structural Number (SN). The result for pavement moduli is interval 31,8 - 16.083.376,86 MPa which is bigger than subgrade moduli (21,63-944.505,14 MPa), include some anomalistic data in some spot because of its pavement type (rigid pavement) and its location. The result for effective Structural Number is interval 1,5cm to 119,31cm, and the result for estimate pavement thickness is interval 200mm to 3466mm.<p align="justify"> text
