DEVELOPING OF BANDUNG GENERAL HOSPITAL GRADE B IN UJUNG BERUNG

<p align="justify">Regional General Hospital (Hospital) Bandung is located in Jalan Hospital no.22 Rumah Sakit no.22 Ujung Berung, currently still has C grade. In fact, the need for health care is increasing as evidenced by the existence of a queue of patients at this hospital. Therefore, it needs development and improvement of hospital grade Bandung became a class B so that health services for all segments of society to become more optimal. The theme used in this project is the development and improvement of hospital class on an expanded land. Some design issues that need to be considered is how to determine where the existing building is demolished and which are retained, how to regulate zoning and circulation at the site with the existing building is retained, as well as how to create a building hospitals were functional but comfortable and attractive, which is integrated with the existing building. The general concept used is the functionality, efficiency and aesthetics with the Healing Environment approach. The implementation of this concept are at zoning processing, circulation, lighting and thermal confort in the hospital room and the use innercourt as healing garden. With the implementation of this concept in design will affect the smooth running of activities in hospitals and can provide comfort to all users of the hospital. Hospital building class B vertically developed consisting of five major mass floor, four floors of mass 2 and 3 as well as two floors of supporters. 21874m2 floor area of the building is standing on a land of 18,000 m2. The capacity of this hospital is 250 beds.<p align="justify">
