The objectives of mixed-use area is to reduce private vehicle movement and increase pedestrian movement (internal) and public transport movement (external). Corridor Jl. Ir. H. Djuanda is one of the areas with heterogeneity of land function is quite high with some of them is a center of activity with high movement pull. The improvement of the physical quality of the pedestrian line in the corridor Jl. Ir. H. Djuanda aims to facilitate the movement of pedestrians. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> This study aims to analyze the characteristics of land use, pedestrian movement characteristics, pedestrian path service level and to know the interaction between the effect of land use on the pedestrian rise by using the method of qualitative and quantitative destruction analysis. The results showed that land use characteristics were dominated by non-residential function on perimeter of block and dominance of residential function on inside of block. The spread of pedestrian movements is uneven, concentrating on the segments that are the central points of activity of the area. The level of pedestrian line service in this corridor revolves around the levels of C, D, E.
