An Indonesia the increment of oil palm plantation area were not followed the increasing of production and quality reached. It were low in production and quality. One of probable caused by actual oil palm plantation is not suitable with land carrying capacity. Applying GIS technology, this analysis process was divided into two steps. First step was determining land site of oil palm plantation that were exact and suitable with its land capability. The next step was determining the selected site for land development of oil palm plantation by considering infrastructure aspect. Analysis method that used at both step were overlay and reselect by using query. The Result of this research analysis show that 9242,97 Ha (81,96 %) of existing land on 11.277 ha area is suitable with GIS modelled and unmatched area is 2034,52 Ha (18,04 %). According to the result analysis, regency of Aceh Singkil has great potensial for new oil palm's land development. It is about 61.252,59 ha area which mean estimeted production equal to 1.372.590 ton.
