There are several ways to get into Public University in Indonesia. Indonesian government’s entrance test <br /> <br /> like SBMPTN itself is the top priorities for Senior High School students to pursue, because of its lower <br /> <br /> admission price, simultaneousness, and also availability for all regions so the participants did not need to <br /> <br /> come to corresponding Public University they want to apply. Alumni OSIS Indonesia is an organization of <br /> <br /> the alumnus of Senior High School student who were once an OSIS member all over Indonesia that runs <br /> <br /> the event of Tryout Nasional SBMPTN by MasukPTN. Tryout Nasional SBMPTN by MasukPTN offers <br /> <br /> differentiation in the scale of the tryout, many other competitors might be doing this tryout in scale of <br /> <br /> school, city, district, or province, so AOI pursued Tryout Nasional SBMPTN by MasukPTN to national <br /> <br /> scale simutaneously. This research was meant to show the risk profile of MasukPTN event that was held <br /> <br /> in 2017, but this research will also act as the benchamark for the next future event of MasukPTN in 2018 <br /> <br /> and even further, so both the AOI and MasukPTN teams will be able to handle the possible risks better in <br /> <br /> the future. <br /> <br /> Risks should be appropriately considered in every decision making process. In this research, the business <br /> <br /> issue will be analyzed using some of the elements necessary to identify and analyze the risks. These <br /> <br /> elements are internal analysis and external analysis. The internal analysis will discuss the current <br /> <br /> condition of the company, which consits of 4P’s marketing. Meanwhile, the external analysis consists of <br /> <br /> Porter’s five forces analysis. <br /> <br /> In risk management process, there are five stages: risk identification, risk mapping, risk measurement, risk <br /> <br /> evaluation, and risk mitigation. To perform risk identification, need to analyze three elements of SWOT <br /> <br /> analysis, and risk from BOD. In SWOT analysis, risk identification uses the results of SWOT analysis and <br /> <br /> drawn from the weaknesses and threats components. The risk list from BOD, researchers will conduct <br /> <br /> FGD with BOD and dig the risks.This final project will use Analyrical Hierarchy Process method that <br /> <br /> will be used to identify risk of Tryout Nasional SBMPTN by MasukPTN expansion plan. The calculation <br /> <br /> will be asisted by using Expert Choice Software. <br /> <br /> The result of Analytical Hierarchy Process showed that there are six risk aspects; financial, operational, <br /> <br /> market, reputation, human research and infrastructure aspects, which consists of twenty seven risk factors. <br /> <br /> The assesment of overall risk category based on eigenvalue shows that Market aspect with 0.306 of <br /> <br /> eigevalue is the most important. The risk treatments to mitigate each risks are obtained from the level of <br /> <br /> likelihood and impact such as; risk controlling, risk reduction, risk transfer and risk acceptance. Ten of the <br /> <br /> risks are included in risk controlling that need immediate action from both MasukPTN team and Alumni <br /> <br /> OSIS Indonesia.
