The objective of this studi is to evaluate the influence of loading time and temperature to stiffness modulus of mixture of Hot Rolled Asphalt measured by UMATTA. Then, find correlation between stiffness modulus of bitumen (Sb) with the stiffness modulus of mixture (Sm) and which then will compared with formula from Shell and Nottingham methods. The results of this study indicate that the stiffness modulus have good correlation with loading time at space temperature (25°C) with significant level 71,45%, unfavourable at high temperature (37,5°C and 50°C) with significant level 16,27% and 0,03%. Correlation between modulus of mixture stiffness and bitumen stiffness modulus give the good enough result at space temperature (R2=61,02%) and unfavourable at high temperature (R2=22,31 % and 36,66%). Estimation of modulus stiffness of mixture used Shell and Nottingham methods give the smaller value than that by UMATTA apparatus. Correlation between modulus stiffness of mixture and life design give the very good result at temperature 25°C and 37,5°C with significant level 99,67% and 99,35% but they had bad correlation at high temperature (50°C) with significant level 1,66% text
