<p align="justify">Painan City is the capital of Pesisir Selatan Regency, which is one of the affected areas of Sumatran Earthquake September 30th 2009. There was no tsunami, however the city is very vulnerable towards earthquake and tsunami due to the high density of housing and critical facilities. Structural and non-structural mitigation efforts have been done to increase its resiliency towards disaster. Such were evacuation plan which to save a great number of people at risk. The main objective of this research is to review the existing tsunami evacuation plan. From the perspective of: people's evacuation behavior, as well as the supporting infrastructures required for evacuation. Several methods used: descriptive statistical analysis to see people's evacuation behavior, path analysis to view influence people's preference of evacuation, and estimated evacuation time analysis to see tsunami evacuation shelter needed, and score analysis to represent tsunami evacuation signages condition. Results of this research includes general recommendations for tsunami evacuation plan, preference pattern, evacuation route plan, tsunami evacuation shelter needed, and reviews of tsunami evacuation signage.<p align="justify">
