<b>ABSTRACT:</b><br> <br /> <br /> AN EVALUATION OF ROUTINE MAINTENANCE <br /> PERFORMANCE OF SEMARANG TOLLROAD <br /> By: <br /> ADHI WIRAWAN <br /> NIM. 25002008 <br /> PT. Jasa Marga is currently undergoing conditions of which maintenance cost is increasing while in other hand users keep demanding service quality and convenience in using the toll road facility. This explains how maintenance performance evaluation should require special attention. By conducting the evaluation, it would always be observed how essential the maintenance performances have been effectively carried out by Semarang branch's office. <br /> Secondary data for this research is data of routine maintenance held between period of 2001 up to 2003, while object of studies for this research are groups of road inventory, public road lighting and traffic sign. The first step taken is defining hierarchical structure of the problems. From this hierarchical structure of problems, performance indicators are derived. The performance indicators become measurement tool for level of achievements for any goals that have been set. Each performance indicator is evaluated by The Analythic Hierarchy Process. <br /> The results of this research indicate that performance value of highway was 0.828 on the year of 2001. It increased to 0.847 on the year of 2002, and decreased to 0.843 on the year of 2003. Performance value for bridges was 0,247 on 2001. It decreased to 0.236 on the year of 2002 and decreased further to 0.227 on the next year. Performance values of PJU suggested increasing tendency where it pointed number of 0.024 on 2001, and it increased to 0.023 both on 2002 and 2003, the next year. Result of performance values for traffic sign was 0.005 on 2001 and increased to 0.006 on 2002 and decreased back to 0.005 on 2003. Therefore bridge performance suggested negative tendency comparing to other groups of inventory. As a whole, routine performance value of toll highway suggested value of 0,544 on 2001, 0,552 on 2002, and 0.547 on 2003. Routine maintenance performance is highly influenced by the performance of highway and the performance of bridge, and these assessments can be examined through the performance. <br />
