Summary:<p align="justify">Passenger terminal Rendani in Manokwari is a building which consists of 2 stories and roof with a total height of 16 m. The main structural component of this building is steel reinforced concrete for superstructure and driven pile for substructure. This building is located in Manokwari, which has frequent occurance of earthquake. To mitigate the risk of this phenomenon, Special Moment Resisting RC Frame (SMF) is used as required by “Standar Nasional Indonesia (SNI)”. Furthemore, structural design of roof shell uses Hollow Core Section as primary profile. <br /> <br /> <br /> This document discusses, analyzes, and designs the superstructure and substructure of Passenger Terminal Rendani building. The output of this design document is the detailed engineering design drawing of the structural element; steel profile, steel joint, column, beam, and slab of this building and has to fulfill the design requirements. <br /> <br /> <br /> Seismic Analysis and Design method of this final assignmentrefers to Indonesia’s standard, which are SNI 1726-2012, SNI 1727-2013, SNI 2847-2013, and SNI 1729-2015. Softwares used for analyzing building structure are SAP 2000 20, PCA Column, SAFE 2016, Group8, and Autodesk Revit 2017.<p align="justify">
