PT Pindad (Persero) is one of state-owned entreprises of Indonesia which the main business is in the field of producing defense and security tools and industrial product. Indonesia’s economic condition has big impact for the company’s financial but it’s also considered as an aspect that can’t be controlled. Thus, PT Pindad (Persero) ought to take a stand to continue striving for its welfare. One of the prominent way is increasing production and sales for industrial products. Unlike the defense and security tools, industrial products have more flexible price than defense and security tools since the price wasn’t set directly by government itself. So that industrial products’ sales can help the company get wider margin profit. <br /> <br /> One of the industrial projects run by PT Pindad (Persero) is The project of enhancement electrical production. However, there’s obstacle can be found in the implementation of the project, namely the time implementation of the project isn’t accordance with time schedule. Therefore, it’s neccesarry to do a measurement of risk management of the project. It can determine the capabilities that needed in the implementation of risk management so that existing risks do not inflict a financial loss to the company. <br /> <br /> The project of enhancement electrical production is categorized as Complex Product System Project. Measurement model used in this study is Risk Management Capability Maturity Model for Complex Product Systems (CoPS-RM-CMM). The model was developed specifically for measuring the maturity of risk management capabilities of the Complex Product System (CoPS) project. <br /> <br /> CoPS-RM-CMM model categorized capability that needed in implementing risk management practices into 10 areas called key capability areas. From the data collected through questionnaire shows that risk management level of The project of enhancement electrical production was 3,868, it means risk management level of The project of enhancement electrical production is at level 3. Based on this result, recommendations for improvement proposals were generated in the form of work programs that are expected to improve project risk management capabilities for each key capability area.
