Description
Summary:

The number of work accidents that occur, put Indonesia as one of the countries with the highest accident rate in the world. Where, the construction sector contributed a high figure in the problems of work accidents. Infrastructure development is needed in meeting the needs of the community. As well as the construction of Simpang Susun Semanggi which is the solution in overcoming the problem of traffic jam in Jakarta. The construction of flyovers is more complex than any other construction. At least during the year 2017 there are 4 cases of work accidents in the construction of flyovers. Therefore it is very necessary professionalism of workers and good management in order to avoid potential work accidents that occur. This study identifies occupational risk factors in flyover construction by conducting field observations, questionnaire distribution and risk management analysis according to ISO 31000: 2009. Then analyzed the mechanism of cause of work accident with FTA method (fault tree analysis). The final result of this research is the highest risk index value is 0.40 on the work setting temporary casing of bore pile foundation with the worker variable of material stricken. The result of risk grouping based on AS / NZS 4360: 2004 matrix was obtained by 10 factors in group L (low), 71 factors in group M (medium) and 8 variable in group H (high). While the result of FTA analysis known that accident happened because influenced by several factors are: human factor, management factor, equipment factor and work area factor. At the end of this study, interviews were conducted to find ways of handling implemented by implementers in facing K3 problems in the field. The risks of accidents identified can be considered as something that must be considered in the implementation of the construction process to reduce the number of accidents. Thus, construction companies get input to make improvements on K3 issues.
