Summary: | Water Treatment Plant Cibinong is one of the branches owned by PDAM Tirta Kahuripan Bogor Regency. The Cibinong WTP is located adjacent to Tirta Kahuripan PDAM Office, on Jalan Raya Tegar Beriman, Cibinong. WTP Cibinong has 2 service areas, namely District Cibinong and District Bojonggede. The raw water source of Cibinong WTP is Ciliwung River. The population growth that happens every year in both sub-districts, makes Cibinong WTP must increase its production capacity. Cibinong WTP can increase capacity up to 10 years ahead, that is year 2028 with total requirement of clean water is 1,023 m3/s. For the next 10 years, raw water source of Cibinong WTP (Ciliwung River) is still able to provide raw water with water availability is 1,67 m3/s. Based on the results of the evaluation of the quality of production water comply the quality standards, but the design on the coagulation unit, flocculation, and sedimentation have not comply with the standard yet, so that the development of Cibinong WTP is more focused on improving the design parameters. The best alternative in Cibinong WTP development planning is by adding units and design modifications. The election is based on an increase in the percentage of services, availability of land, and the availability of funds. Planning of additional Cibinong IWTP capacity to 600 L/s and Cibinong II WTP to 423 m3/ s was done by modification of design on flocculation and sedimentation and add one compartment to a typical coagulation unit, for the flocculating unit add two new units and three new units for sedimentation. The uprating of Cibinong I WTP will increase the amount of water production distributed to the community, so that the people's need for clean water will be fulfilled.The total initial investment required for this project is Rp 8.720.000,00. <br />
