Social Security Program organized by BPJS Employment aims to provide protection to workers in the face of socioeconomic risks so that self-esteem and independence of workers and their families are maintained. <br /> <br /> Although the Employment Social Security Program organized by BPJS Employment is a program that every employer must follow to register himself and all his employees, but the achievement of BPJS Employment performance in the case of active participation of formal sector workers has never reached the targets set in the last three years year 2015-2017. The condition is burdensome BPJS Employment efforts to meet the target coverage of all formal workers in the year 2021 set by Bappenas RI. <br /> <br /> This study aims to find out why the active participation of BPJS employment for formal workers has never reached the annual targets set in the last three years from 2015 to 2017 and how to address these issues. Based on the analysis of the research, there are three root causes: (1) the low awareness of the brand, (2) the desire to be a participant that is not high, (3) the quality of service perceived less good. The proposed business solution is to set the segmenting, targeting and positioning more clearly and specifically to the employer. This business solution is supported by creating and implementing various marketing activities that match the target market of the employer <br /> text |
