Starlight, as an object of this research, is one of the shopping mall that located in Bandung. This research’s based using interview to four people employees as a reference for determining the problem of the company. Based on the interview results, it can be concluded that there are several factors that determine the level of employee engagement. These factors are including turnover rate, motivation level, earned profit, and the good relationship between employer and employees. Thus, the purpose of this research is to identify the driver factor of employee engagement in PT Starlight.<br /> <br /> This research use quantitative method as the primer data to gathering all of the information needed in this research. The questionnaires were distributed to 45 employees that consist of PT Starlight in Supervisor, Assistant Supervisor, and Staff. This research has two dependent variables that are Work Engagement and Job Satisfaction, and also has eight independent variables that are Recognition of Competence, Intra Departmental Relation, Working Condition, Career Support, External Relations, Job Fit, Role Fit, and Social Support.<br /> <br /> This research finds out that the working condition variable has impact to the employee engagement. Working condition variable consist of four operational variables such as facility, workload, compensation, and benefit. From the four operational variables, benefit has the lowest score that is 2.38. In conclusion, benefit is the main factor that need to be considered for increasing the employee engagement in PT Starlight. <p align="justify"> <br /> text |
