Summary:In the end of the paper regarding linear codes over R_p=Z_p [v]/ &#9001;v^p-v&#9002; which was written by A. Bayram and I. Siap in 2013, they said that this result could be easily generalized for codes over R_q=F_q [v]/ &#9001;v^q-v&#9002; for any field F_q with q elements. Codes over an infinite colection of finite rings A_k was introduced by Dougherty et al. in 2014. <br /> <br /> <br /> This thesis study linear codes over A_(k,q) which is a generalization of R_q and also A_k. The properties of A_(k,q) is studied by observing its relationship with F_q^n by the gray map. Some ways of obtaining the generator of ideals in A_(k,q) is also studied. Linear codes over A_(k,q) which we study is self-dual codes, self-ortogoal codes, cyclic codes, and l-tuple cyclic codes. <br /> <br />
