Tourism Carrying Capacity Analysis of Tangkuban Perahu Natural Park Based on Visitor Point of View

he development of Tangkuban Perahu Nature Park is one of the most favored places which is one of 88 Strategic Areas of National Tourism (KSPN) in Indonesia and recommended by the Government of West Java because it has various tourism potentials. Tangkuban Perahu TWA is noted to be one of the attractions that have the most number of tourists in West Java and is able to attract tourists both domestic and foreign tourists where visitors are often found overcrowded on holiday. These conditions indicating inconvenience to visitors and ecosystems in and around them. World Tourism Organization (1981), implies that tourism carrying capacity is the maximum number of people that may visit a tourist destination at the same time, without causing destruction of the physical, economic and socio-cultural environment and an unacceptable decrease in the quality of visitors' satisfaction. This study focuses on the studies needed to further identify places of varying quality that can result from an increase in the number of visitors. The increasing number of visitors seen from where visitors are on work days compared to working days in Tangkuban Perahu Nature Park. The approach taken is by a deductive method using questionnaire data and secondary data and comparative statistical analysis methods on average It is known that there are 10 indicators of the quality of travel experience in Tangkuban Perahu Nature Park which has exceeded the tourism carrying capacity. The 10 indicators are the level of security from disasters, the level of security from criminal acts, ticket purchasing services, the level of environmental pollution, cleanliness of the canteen, cleanliness of the place of souvenirs, cleanliness of prayer room, maintenance of facilities, interaction with others, and traffic jams faced by visitors to visit the Tangkuban Perahu Nature Park. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Keywords: Tangkuban Perahu Nature Park, Tourism Carrying Capacity, Tourist Experience Quality.
