<p align="justify">Education infrastructure is an important component in improving the quality of education. Enjoyable learning environment can be created through the availability of good an adequate infrastructure. But the problems that occur in Bandung city is the primary school classroom conditions are still far from good. Evaluation of asset maintenance management system for primary school infrastructure in Bandung city is needed. The problem that happen is schools didn’t properly manage the primary school <br /> <br /> infrastructure. The making of minimum requirements for the asset management system for primary school infrastructure is done in order to assist the school management process. The making of minimum requirements is done by benchmarking method between examples of asset management system implementation in other countries and <br /> <br /> basic theory. The minimum requirement of an asset management system for primary school infrastructure in Bandung city is planning, procurement, use, maintenance and removal. Planning includes analysis of school needs, procurement planning, making of infrastructure management team, standardized asset inventory, and involving school committee. Use is the daily use of infrastructure and routine maintenance. The making <br /> <br /> of SOP’s and supervision from the school commitees also helps with the using process. Maintenance includes assessment of condition, daily care, maintenance, and task priority. Maintenance report should also be effective. Removal will be conducted when the infrastructure has met the lifetime, and must go through the process of asset removal procedur that have been decided by local government.<p align="justify">
