Summary:<p align="justify"> <br /> <br /> Indonesia is a country of over 17.000 islands with most of its area is surrounded by ocean. The wide ocean area and Indonesia's strategic geographical position made various activities happen across the archipelago's ocean, resulting in the determaining Archipelagic sealens pessage as the international shipping lanes. Yet today as we know, there will be constraction on this international shipping lanes. The goal of this final undergraduate thesis is to conduct an analysis of the effectivity of Jembatan Selat Sunda's construction plan on the accessibility between Java and Sumatra island using the law and technical aspects. Methods used in this study are literature reviews on archipelagic sealens pessage-related sources and law and technical aspects-based analysis. The study shows that the construction plan of Sunda Strait bridge would interfere with the effectiveness of the Indonesian archipelagic sea lanes and that there are no technical laws/rules to support it.<p align="justify"> <br />
