Citizen movement required operational costs services. <br /> <br /> Bandarlampung City Government in 2011 to provide Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) as a internal public transportation system. During the last 7 (seven) years, Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) service has been questioned about the development and its sustainability, due to the decreasing number of the passengers and operational units bus service, ranging from 18 (eighteen) to 7 (seven) and 3 (three) route left, this is also included with the decreased number of users, it will certainly become a bad precedent. <br /> <br /> Therefore, in this research identified background and condition each route. KORPRI - Sukaraja Route mostly used by students in age range <21 years, while Rajabasa - Panjang Route mostly used by 21-30 years old worker and Rajabasa - Sukaraja Route mostly used by 31-40 years unemployed or entrepreneur who commuted for shopping. The result of this research, operational performance measurement of Bus Rapid Transit (BRT). In addition, between Bandarlampung City BRT vehicle operating costs in all routes is lost much capitals. KORPRI - Sukaraja Route lost Rp 169,018,710 from bus operations /year, while from Rajabasa – Panjang Route lost Rp 381,701,870 and Rajabasa - Sukaraja Route experienced lost of Rp 252,872,750. Meanwhile, Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) as public transportation needs to be provided to compensate city growth. Therefore, it is necessary to improve Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) services from operational performance, vehicle operating costs, and prioritized elements are perceived by individuals to be repaired. <br /> <br /> <br /> Keywords: Bus Rapid Transit, Sustainability, Price <br /> <br />
