The characteristic of Oligocene Shale in research area is known by conducted geological mapping, geochemical analysis, and petrography analysis. Geological analysis includes reconstruction of depositional environment and paleontology analysis. The geochemical analysis includes TOC test, Rock Eval Pyrolysis and vitrinite reflectance analysis.
