The main target of the lifestyle center is middle high income college students. The developer main focus is designing lifestyle center as a place for gathering, shopping, eating, and entertaining. Tha main design concept of this lifestyle center is following the trees concept. The trees at the site which are planed to be preserved, give added value and identity of the lifestyle center beside any other. Trees create space and indoor design orientation. Outdoor as one if icon that must give the attraction and external point to the whole economy of lifestyle center. The lifestyle center building design has footprint area about 4090m2. Total floor area of lifestyle center is about 12340m2 consists of 3 storeys. Total floor of basement area is about 3690m2. Total of saleable area is 7180m2.
