| Summary: | <p align="justify">Situ Patenggang Resor and Spa is an accomodation with recreation and relaxation facilities. The design of this resor is to optimize the view of Situ Patenggang Lake. Located in Situ Patenggang, Bandung, West Java, the site has size around 7,8 Ha. The client of this project is fictitious, and this resor aims a newlywed couple and young family as its prim costumers. The speciality of this project is to integrate the modernity with locality, also the characteristic of plantation area and its contour. The approach of the design is through the outdoor space, especially the lake which integrated into the room inside.
This project, hopefully could accommodate tourists in Situ Patenggang and optimize the lake view, also to increase the economy of the local people, to encourage the culture of Indonesia and to explore Situ patenggang nature for its sustainability.<p align="justify"> |
