Resort in Pahawang Island is a project with 4 class tourism supporting typology that aim to integrate social, economy, and culture in Pahawang Island. Pahawang’s total area is 170 hectare and is located in the east of Lampung’s sea. Furthermore, social activities complexion are the others potential aspect in this island. However, lack of attention from government in conserving this island, make this island owned by foreigners. Besides, tourists who visit this island cannot be well facilitated. Both issues will be the main purpose in designing resort in Pahwang Island, thus every aspect can be integrated to develop society, nature and island’s identity. Resort with 9 hectares total area is equipped by 28 cottages, consist of 4 types i.e. standard, suite, and family. These cottages have architectural unique and ancient Lampung culture in each type which differ by area, facility and location. All cottages can accommodates maximum 100 people. Besides housing, recreational activity which is offered are diving, snorkeling, canoeing, volley, futsal, along with floating restaurant, multipurpose building, spa, fitness and swimming pool.
